No. HLLP is 12 weeks — and it's designed to be the last program you need. We're building a practice, not a countdown.
Because HLLP doesn't start with protocols. It starts with understanding your specific depletion pattern. Most programs give everyone the same map. We build yours.
No. HLLP is method-first. We'll make recommendations where relevant, but nothing is required to purchase. This is the point.
HLLP Restore is self-paced. HLLP Collective requires one live call per week — about 60 minutes. If you have 60 minutes a week to restore your energy for the next decade, you have time.
HLLP Restore is self-guided. HLLP Collective adds live group coaching and community. HLLP Private adds 1-on-1 sessions and a fully personalised protocol. All share the same core 12-week method.
